In compliance with Italian Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023, implementing EU Directive 2019/1937, Tecno K Giunti S.r.l. has established a secure and protected channel to allow its employees, collaborators, suppliers, and partners to report violations of national or European Union regulatory provisions (civil, criminal, administrative, accounting offenses, etc.) encountered within their work environment.
Reports can be made by employees, former employees, interns, shareholders, members of administrative or auditing bodies, and collaborators or employees of Tecno K Giunti S.r.l.'s suppliers.
The system guarantees the absolute confidentiality of the reporter's identity, the persons involved, and the content of the report through encrypted channels. Any form of retaliation or discrimination against the reporter is strictly prohibited.
